You receive bookings fully confirmed without doing any online marketing, sending e-mails or responding to general enquiries. Commission is only charged when we make a booking. This commission is easily made up with just one extra booking from us.

Booking The customer books and pays the pre-payment, our commission, with credit card online. After the payment the calendar is automatically updated and the confirmation is sent.Confirmation You and the customer will receive the booking confirmation directly by e-mail. You will also receive a message on your mobile phone. Check-in and/or cleaning staff can also receive notifications.
Payment upon arrival The open balance and damage deposit are paid directly to you or your check-in manager on the customers’ arrival.
Note! According to the European law, we can not claim cancellation costs. However, we do have terms and conditions which will avoid late cancellations. We at WayToStay don't talk too much about cancellations. We focus on bookings.
Rule 1
You always have complete control of the availability of your apartment. This includes the responsibility of always blocking out dates when your apartment is not available for WayToStay bookings.
Once made, a WayToStay booking cannot be cancelled by you.
Rule 2
Although we aren’t afraid to get the best price for your property, we will not offer it at a higher price than other agencies.
Rule 3
You must be able to provide an excellent service to the customers upon arrival and during their stay. Your property must be maintained in perfect condition.
Do you ask exclusivity for my apartment?
You can still take your own bookings, as long as you first block-out the dates in the WayToStay calendar.
Do I have to pay to be on the website?
No, there are no set-up or advertisement fees. We will only get commission when we make a booking.
At what price do you offer my apartment?
A fair price and a fair deal policy is what we stand for. Working together, we will discuss the best competitive price. Once we have agreed on a price, other agencies can NOT offer it at a lower price.
